Checking from Myanimelist, not found about SP episode. So I think that what you ask should be OVA or Cuties EP0, "Staff Interview" Episode.

I believe what your talking about would be the TV special made to promote Cuties. Basically what it consists of is just interviews from the cast/staff and bits of footage from episode 1 promoting the series. Which it didn't really reveal much aside from what we already knew about the series at the time and its pretty common for most anime to have a TV special air a day before the series premiere, so I'm not sure if it really needs its own page.

Please post a link about that OVA you're talking. Like I said, I can't find this information in Myanimelist. This site always listed all of special episode. So I need to know for sure what kind of this EP.
PS. Special EP such as interview (Like SS4 EP0) Doesn't count as Story Episode, That's why we didn't create their articles.
