The end of SS1 is Radical Dreamers, part of Mykonos act. It's just tell that Hayate traval back in time to save Nagi in the past.

It's still a bit too early to be asking that, but its been hinted that he still has feelings for Athena (maybe even Ruka judging from the flashback from the recent chapter.)
but I'm pretty certain this will all change and the girl whom Hayate "likes the most" would become more apparent by the time the series is nearing it's end.

Normally I'd have to think it, but since we're talking about the anime, I'd have to say it's a toss up between Nagi, Ruka and Hinagiku.

Votes doesn't effect the story, except that Hata-sama take it for the opinion for the story. Hayate can be end up with anyone depend on the author's wish. Voting is just show that which girl the fan like the most, not the one who will be the last heroine.
