Summary[]

At Ise, all the girls look over the newspaper, amazed by the fact that Ruka is doing a concert that day, questioning why she would be doing so, given her health and the doujinshi competition. Chiharu tries to call her, but Hinagiku stops her, mentioning that it's too early to bug her. They instead decide to wait until they've eaten breakfast.

Once this time comes, they try calling both Ruka and Hayate, but neither of them respond. They decide that they should head back to Tokyo as quickly as possible. Maria recommends the plane she had taken to Ise, but Hinagiku finds herself conflicted, since she wants to get back as quickly as possible, but she's also afraid of heights, as explained by Chiharu when Alice asks about her. Just then, someone yells out that Hinagiku seems to be in trouble. Isumi offers to use her fifth helicopter, which simply makes things even worse for Hinagiku. Kurosu offers her car, since she also has business in Tokyo, which Hinagiku accepts.

After they all leave, Isumi looks around, and then pulls out her phone and calls Sakuya. Isumi explains that there's an emergency and that Sakuya should head there instantly. Sakuya rallies up Makita and Kunieda, and they ready a plane to head to Ise. In Kurosu's car, Kurosu asks Hinagiku if the speeds are troubling her, but she says that any speed is fine, as long as it's on the ground. Just then, Kurosu asks Hinagiku a question about Ruka.

During the night, Nagi wakes up at the Violet Mansion, wondering if anyone else was around and how long she was asleep. She gets up, and sees the storyboard on her desk, and becomes relieved that everything wasn't a dream. She reads through it again, confident that the writing is decent. While she's still a little annoyed she hasn't completed the final manuscript, she thinks that she should let Hayate read it, confident that he'll find it just as good as she does. Hearing him talk in the yard, she heads outside, but as she looks outside, Kurosu's words come to mind: "It may have already been decided long ago." She calls out for Hayate, but then the image in her view strikes her: In the moonlight, Hayate embraces Ruka from behind. Hayate asks the tearful Ruka not to worry, and he then adds that he'll make her happy. Nagi stares on wide-eyed, and she assumes that things have already been decided.
