Kayura Tsurugino appears at the end of Chapter 336 of the manga as a replacement of Wataru Tachibana for Hakuou. she met Nagi in a park [chapter 342] and talk about Nagi's manga, It is shortly revealed that she has been living inside a tent set up in the park and was almost arrested by a police officer until Hayate stepped in and mangaged to pass it off as a misunderstanding. Afterwards she becomes a new tenant in Violet mansion. it is revealed that due to her parents that she has always been around anime, manga, and games since she was born and had read over 100.000 manga. Hayate asked her to become an adviser for Nagi's manga, but she refused. She then later gave advice to Nagi.
