Miki Hanabishi is a member of the Student Council and the vice-representative of Hayate's class. She specializes in investigation work, which may be the result of being the daughter of an important government official. She has a mischievous nature, especially when it involves Hayate or Hinagiku. She seems to have a crush on Hinagiku and is especially observant of her. Like Nagi, she dislikes exercising. Her friends Izumi and Risa are often seen with her. It is is implied that she knows that Hinagiku had a crush on Hayate, by judging her reaction and emotion.
Story
At March 3, Miki hosted Hinagiku's birthday party along with Izumi and Risa at the Hakuou Academy. The problem was that Hinagiku doesn't like grand parties, but Miki, being a contrary person, made it grand with the best of her abilities. After that, the three made Hinagiku sing A Cruel Angel's Thesis, much to Hinagiku's annoyance. After singing, Hinagiku made Miki, along with the other two, sing too like her.
