Risa Asakaze (朝風 理沙, Asakaze Risa) is the head of the disciplinary committee. She is often seen hanging around her friends Miki and Izumi. She speaks rather boyish and likes to cause trouble for fun, which is ironic since she is the head of the disciplinary committee. Her family lives in a giant Shinto temple.
Appearance
Risa has short brown hair and has orange eyes. She is seen wearing a Hakuou uniform.
Story
Risa first appear when Hayate entered Hakuou Academy, she appear again when Hayate came to take Nagi's notebook at night. She almost appear with Miki and Izumi, not much time she appeared, like when Hayate returned mike to her house, appear when Hayate and Ayumu searching Hinagiku's present, also in Hinagiku's birthday. When she become 2nd year, with her friend go to Mt. Takao. Later she appear again to give Ayumu chance to agean sea. In Golden Week, Risa, Miki, Izumi, Hinagiku, and Ayumu go to Turkey, later arrive in Myknos and meet Hayate, Nagi, and Maria after Golden Week, she didn't have much appearance.

- Risa knows how to use a gun (when she was in a underground cavern with Hayate to save her grandfather in Chapter 132).
